Employee Wellness cordially invites you to take part in the upcoming health fair, Journey to Wellness.
This event will take place at the Schultz Center (4019 Boulevard Center Dr. Jacksonville, FL 32207) on Saturday, May 20th, 9 am – 3 pm.
The fair focuses on all the dimensions of wellness, including nutrition, physical fitness, stress management, and disease prevention & management. In addition, biometric screenings, vaccines, mobile mammography, and a blood drive will be available on the day of the event. We will have workshops, demonstrations, over 60 vendors, food trucks, and a farmer’s market. There will also be giveaways throughout the event. We would love for you to join us!

Employee Wellness
Duval County Public Schools offers employee wellness programs that are designed to create positive experiences for employees that promote a work-life balance. This 45-minute workshop will provide you a comprehensive overview of all the employee wellness programs that focus on nutrition, physical activity, stress management, wellness coaching, mental health counseling, Disease Management programs, events, and so much more!

Headspace Health
Duval County Public Schools offers a new mental health benefit to all employees. Headspace Health includes unlimited behavioral health coaching, on-demand, one-on-one coaching via text to help you with your well-being goals, 16 therapy and psychiatry video appointments, meditation and mindfulness exercises for focus, stress, sleep, and more. This 45-minute workshop will show you how Headspace Health works, help you manage stress, build resilience, and navigate life’s challenges.

Solera
Florida Blue and Duval County Public Schools have teamed up with Solera to bring you a health and wellness program built with you in mind. This 45-minute workshop will provide you with the tools you need to help you make healthy food choices, move more, and lower your risk of type 2 diabetes. You’ll have access to your choice of leading wellness programs such as WW (Weight Watchers® Reimagined), Betr Health, as well as local community programs.
